The average price of December '10 Corn traded in February on the Chicago Board of Trade is used to calculate the Spring Base Price for both CRC and RA Policies.  This average was set at $3.99.

The average price of November '10 Soybeans traded in February on the Chicago Board of Trade is used to calculate the Spring Base Price for both CRC and RA Policies.  This average was set at $9.23
