Bill started Phillips Agency, Inc., in 1989, servicing a small client base in Jackson County. 

Just as the need for crop insurance and risk management has grown over the years, so has the agency.   Nine agents and three customer service representatives currently service Phillips Agency, Inc., clients over three states.
